Research Skills Refresh: Thesauri & Controlled Vocabularies Online
One of the best ways to narrow your search to specific concepts is to utilize the thesaurus or controlled vocabularies available through certain databases. This webinar will introduce you to controlled vocabularies such as MeSH (Medical Subject Headings in Pubmed) and the APA Thesaurus (available in PsycInfo) in order to make your searches more effective.
